ColoradoMoms.com was founded in May, 2005. It started as a forum site where local moms could chat with others, form playgroups, and gain support from other moms. Later, we grew to add the blog in January 2010. Several articles have been featured in a variety of mainstream outlets, both in print and television.
Our mission statement is simple; “We make you feel normal.”
There is no judgment of others’ parenting styles, beliefs or politics. We are simply a support system and resource for moms to know they aren’t in this alone. Staying true to the mission statement is what keeps the forums active and moms to keep connecting.
Since its inception, ColoradoMoms.com has grown exponentially with a handsome following in many social media outlets:
- Twitter @ColoradoMom: +7,000 followers
- Facebook: fb.com/ColoradoMoms: +1,000 fans
- Page Rank: 3
- Alexa index: fluctuates 65,000 to 77,000
- Uniques: +9,300
- Average page views: 99,000
