El Jebel Shrine Circus @ 1STBANK Center
Apr 29 @ 7:30 pm – May 1 @ 10:30 pm

The El Jebel Shrine Circus, produced by Hamid Circus, Inc., will feature such amazing acts as Nerger’s Performing Tigers, America’s Show Camels,  The Flying Cortes Aerial Trapeze Troupe, Los Tandazo’s High Wire and the Wheel of Death, all presented by America’s Regal and Renowned Ringmaster, Ian Garden, Jr.  Don’t miss the laughter, excitement, thrills and chills of this year’s Shrine Circus!

Hamid Circus, Inc. had its genesis in the tiny town of Broumana, Lebanon, where a small boy practiced the national pastime of tumbling through the dirt streets of this Mid-Eastern community.  This is how it began for George A. Hamid, Sr., co-founder, along with Robert Morton, of Hamid-Morton Circus, now Hamid Circus, Inc.  After traveling to America in 1907 with the Buffalo Bill Wild West show, Hamid, Sr. progressed from performer to theatrical agent to circus owner.  This partnership, now owned by James M. Hamid, Jr. has became one of America’s foremost circuses.
