So, I may have mentioned before that my kids are pretty excited to see Cars 3. Okay, I am, too.
Which means last Saturday, you can bet we were front and center at the “Road to the Races” Tour that came to the Alamo Drafthouse in Littleton. Even the rain couldn’t keep us away (though I could have managed to bring an umbrella. #momfail)
The kids didn’t seem to mind, though. They got up close and personal with the cars from the movie, and took plenty of pictures. They also had a chance to play the pit crew:
and we got a sneak peek at part of the movie. We’re set now!
In the meantime, I have a few more activity pages and a recipe to share with you while we wait these last few weeks. I say mix up a batch of Miss Fritter’s Corn Fritters and have a movie marathon watching the previous “Cars” movies to refresh yourselves for the new one. Though if your kids are anything like mine, they watch the movies nonstop anyway, and you probably have them both memorized.
