If you are like me, you are probably saying about now “Crapola! I forgot all about the Teacher Gifts!!!” This year, I feel ahead of the game. I have some tried and true gifts and some great great last minute ones anyone can put together. Check them out, but be sure to check with your school on any monetary caps they have set.

– Gift Cards. We all know teachers get paid next to nothing, so why not get them a Visa gift card or Target card to help ease their budget this year?!

– Truffles. You don’t have to be a gourmet chef or Chocolatier to make these truffles. 2 ingredients, easy peasy and you are done! Box them up in some cute tins from the dollar store and you just saved a ton of money and this recipe makes enough for practically the whole staff!

– iPhone/iPod cozy. Do you knit? Crochet? If so there are tons of patterns for quit crafts and iPod cozies out there! Check out Ravelry.com for some great patterns, or try out the one I have on my greatly neglected knitting blog! iPhoodie

1-800-Flowers. Yup, Flowers, only they don’t only have flowers there anymore! They have amazing giftbaskets too! 1-800-Baskets.com – Here are a few of what they have to offer.

  • What are some of your favorite last minute gifts to give?

disclosure: I was given a Cheryl’s cookie sample and a Comfort & Joy Sweet Treats Gift Basket from 1800flowers.com. No monetary exchange was made, and to be honest, I love them so much, I would have pimped them without the freebies. 😉
