Halloween is finally here. It is a wonderful time of year when the kids are full of excitement. The excitement can be contagious. The costumes, the candy, and the pumpkin carving. Friday, October 29 through Sunday, October 31 – 26th Annual Trick or Treat Street Three-day fall festival with trick-or-treating, a monster carnival, arts and crafts, science programming, StoryTimes with Curious George and more. For a complete schedule of events, visit www.mychildsmuseum.org.
Where: Children’s Museum of Denver 2121 Children’s Museum Drive, Denver, CO 80211 When: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Cost: All Trick or Treat Street events are free with Museum admission, Vern’s mini-train is $2 per person Parking is free for members, and $5 for non-members For more info: LOTS of cute kids in costumes trick-or-treating, making crafts and playing carnival games, all in the middle of a fall festival full of pumpkins and hay bales.
Friday, October 29 – Halloween Crazy Days Halloween in downtown Golden is great. The Downtown Merchants Association give away candy, and the street is packed with hundreds of children (and sometimes adults) in costume. Where: Downtown Golden When: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (The event will end when the candy runs out!) Cost: FREE
Friday, October 29 – Trick or Treat Street Olde Town Arvada merchants provide a safe night of trick-or-treating, a kids costume contest, hayrides and kids activities. Where: Olde Town Square, Grand View & Olde Wadsworth Blvd., Arvada, CO When: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Cost: TICKETS: $2/person or $5/family. For more info: 303.420.6100
Saturday, October 30 through Sunday, October 31 – Trick or Treat Train Go Trick or Treating at the Colorado Railroad Museum in the Halloween Town – the safe place to enjoy Halloween. Catch a ride behind the historic locomotive in vintage passenger cars hosted by conductors and engineers in full costume. The Trick or Treat Train departs every 20 minutes between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Visit the Town’s special stops to fill your treat bag and tickle your funny bones. Like a visit to our “not so spooky” haunted railcar or the Olde Railroaders silly graveyard. Get a great picture of your costume as you pause for a photo in our Pumpkin Patch. Or warm your hands around the Hobo Campfire and sit a spell for kid-friendly storytelling. It’s full steam ahead for tricks, treats and trains.

Saturday, October 30 through Sunday, October 31 – Boo at the Zoo The 26th annual Boo At The Zoo offers more than 25 trick-or-treat stations, creepy crawly animal demonstrations and exciting family-friendly entertainment under the canopy of the beautiful fall foliage of the Denver Zoo.
Where: The Denver Zoo When: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Cost: Ages 12-64 $13, Ages 65+ $10, Ages 3-11 $8, 2 and under Free For more info: Additional parking will be available at Denver East High School and a free shuttle will be provided by Gray Line bus services. For those who ride light rail to the 30th and Downing Park and Ride, RTD will provide a free shuttle every half hour to the Zoo
Saturday, October 30 through Sunday, October 31 – Halloween KidsFest Join Sharkey for a fun day of crafts and activities. Trick or treat reef, Guess the Weight of the Giant Pumpkin, Monster mural coloring, Mad Science experiments, pumpkin patch painting and contest, and costume contest.

Sunday, October 31 – Belmar Trick or Treat Street
Ghosts, Ghouls and Goblins…or Spongebob, Scooby-Doo and Supergirl – whatever your costume, all kids are welcome at the annual Belmar Trick-or-treat Street for an afternoon of Halloween fun! All participating stores will give kids treats and candy to fill their Halloween buckets. All Halloween trick-or-treaters must be accompanied by an adult to navigate the trick or treat fun!

Sunday, October 31 – Mills Monster Mash Join the Simon Kidgits Club & Abrakadoodle for a fun & spooktacular event. Take pictures in the Pumpkin Patch, get face painted & create your own creepy bug or spider. First 500 attendees receive a Halloween goody bag.
