I swear this year just started maybe 3 months ago then BAM! Its new years eve tomorrow. So yeah what the heck happened to this year it just flew by like nothing? At least it was an ok year this year. We had ups, and downs, but at least for our little family it went pretty good. It was a busy year though.
Anyone have any resolutions? Hopes? Big Plans?
I am hoping to get a gym membership I want to get myself out of the house and I think it would be good to do this at least for myself. Also want to get more done with the house, lots of projects in the works, and as soon as next week I will start working on them.

I do think this year flew by! I'm still trying to think about my resolutions. I know one is to have a correspondence day where I write physical letters to people I love like my grandma. I just feel like I really want to reconnect with people and do less on the internet. I feel like I'm addicted! I also want to have a little more structure with the kids during the day. Without structure I end up the computer and the kids watch TV. I want that to stop, or at least have set hours when we can do those things. Another big one (which will be VERY hard for me) is to try to eat out less. I'm very guilty of calling DH and asking him to pick things up on his way home more than once a week :couch Our budget, our waistlines, and our health can't handle this!

I am sooo happy to see the tail end of 2011!!!
No big resolutions, I just really want to make a few habit changes that can help with being healthy and losing a few pounds...

Deep clean and get rid of stuff we don't use. Once I get the Christmas stuff put away my plan is to do one room a week. I plan on taking lots of stuff to Goodwill. Read more, less time on computer, walk more, and spend more time with DH.
My resolution is to have NO BIG SURPRISES in 2012. :lol The whole Jack-Jack adventure was great and all, and I'm pretty fond of the little dude, but I don't know if I can handle any more big surprises like that. It blows me away that you can start the year minding your own business and completely oblivious and end it with an extra small human. ;) And it really did fly by. I still have a bit of whiplash.
