Furniture? It's not something to sell, maybe freecycle it but I don't like people comeing to my house.
Arc, disabled veterans? I don't know. I mean, it's good furniture just really needs to be refinished because my kids have done a number on these things.

I would call disabled Veterans. I think that is who i saw pick stuff up from a neighbor.
We just loaded two couches in the back of the truck over the weekend and dumped them behind savers at the "donation" checkpoint. But I did look it up and DAV and ARC should come and pick it up for you.

:couch I put our coffee table out on the sidewalk with a "free" sign and it was gone when I woke up the next day.

I would try ARC. They call us ALL the time to see if they can pick up donations. SOmeone can use it I am sure.

what is it specifically? if they need it and I can haul it, I'd pick it up and drop it off, only have a Blazer tho.

I definately have two chairs with an ottomon. The I can take pics if you want. Would probably fit in a blazer.

I've put free furniture on Craigslist before and read through a few stories and chose who to give it to based on them. Some very appreciative people came and picked up several things from us over the years and it made me feel good! :) I'm sure you can find someone who will come pick it up and give it a good home.
