TheValerie :)
Hi, my name is Valerie. Many of you know me from ages ago. I have been a part of this community sheesh, for around 7 years or so. Crazy!
I am married to the most wonderful man on the planet (he has been bustin his arse here taking care of me and three children for 7 weeks due to an ankle injury, so I am singing his praises because he deserves it)
I have a 7.5 year old daughter Rylee, 6 year old son Gavin and 22 month old holy terror named Felix.
We live North of Castle Rock in my husband's Grandparent's house that we purchased (on a lifetime payment plan). We have 3 cats (someone take one or three please), 2 dogs (you can take one of those too) and 3 horses (2 of which are 30 feet out the back door) and one ex husband that I would keep locked up in the attic if that were permitted.
I am a Breastfeeding Educator for WIC and do a little private practice work. I love helping families navigate breastfeeding challenges and rewards without making them feel like it's the be all and end all to "successfully feeding your baby".
I struggle to keep up online but I hope to do better and get to know some of you that have joined between the times I was able to be here alot and now.
