Weekend Events in Denver July 20th-22nd

Beer, trucks, and ghosts…what more do you need for the perfect weekend? We have a little bit of something for everyone! This weekend’s edition has more activities for the adults and teens, but hey-you deserve to have some fun this summer, too!

8th ANNUAL HOPS FOR HABITAT-July 20th at Plains Conservation Center 5pm-9pm

There will be over 16 Microbreweries to taste from, in addition there will be two live bands: Deep Cover and Wide Open, food trucks, prairie wagon rides a marshmallow roast round’ the campfire, root beer floats and non-alcoholic drinks for designated drivers. Just $30 per person gets you a commemorative beer class and abundant tastes of Colorado brews and fun!

GHOST WALK & CEMETARY CRAWL – July 22nd

Enjoy a history-filled evening as you walk around downtown Cañon City, led by a ghost guide from the past. Or, take a tour of the inmate cemetery just south of town and have a fun-filled evening playing with the ghosts.

Tours start promptly at 6:15 pm from the Museum. Advance tickets available or arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start. Space may be limited.  Tours last 1 to 1.5 hours.  Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather. May want water on warmer days.
