Sometimes you need a quick, but impressive snack for a playdate. Or maybe you want to shake up your breakfast routine. I was excited when I was asked to partner on a project with Pillsbury as I have a quick and easy go-to recipe I use for snacks that use the Pillsbury Crescent rolls!
I love making these adorable mini tarts and the boys love it when I make them even smaller and make mini tart pops!
To make them, it’s super easy! You just need 3 ingredients, cut, fill, bake, and frost! It’s so simple, I made this quick video to show you!
Here’s what you need:
- Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (I get the 2 packs from Walmart)
- Your favorite jam or jelly
- Frosting
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Unroll the crescent rolls but try to keep it in the full rectangle shape. Press the seams together then cut into 4 equal parts for large tarts, 8 for small and 16 for mini.
Put jam on one half of the dough and fold over. Use a fork to press the seams together. Bake for 9 minutes on a greased baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper.
Once cooled you can frost and decorate!
You can find all sorts of baking ideas at Walmart with Pillsbury!
