Instructions:
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
Add vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes. Push to the side of the skillet.

1 1/2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)

1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix chicken, rice, marinara sauce, cheese, and seasoning in a bowl.
Stuff the mixture into the hollowed bell peppers.
Place peppers upright in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
5. BBQ Chicken and Rice Bowls
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup corn kernels (canned or frozen)
1/2 cup black beans (rinsed and drained)
